Why Work and Pay?
The Work and Pay model is designed to meet the specific needs of the transportation market in Togo, where access to sustainable economic opportunities and reliable mobility services is crucial. Here's why this program stands out:
An Opportunity for Economic Independence
In a context where many Togolese drivers work for daily wages with no prospect of ownership, Work and Pay is changing the game. This model allows each driver to become the owner of their car in just 2-3 years, thanks to affordable weekly payments. Unlike renting or working for a salary, you are investing in your future by acquiring a tangible asset: a compact car (like a Toyota Corolla) adapted to the roads of Lomé.
2. A Solution Adapted to the Local Market
Lomé, Togo's vibrant capital, is experiencing a growing demand for safe and accessible transportation. Work and Pay is meeting this need by deploying a fleet of reliable vehicles, managed by a dedicated supervisor who ensures service quality. This project is part of a vision to modernize Togolese transportation, leveraging Gozem
3. A Fair and Transparent Model
The Work and Pay program is structured to be clear and fair. Drivers repay the cost of their vehicle through weekly installments over the term of the contract. At the end of the contract, the vehicle is yours to keep, with no hidden fees. This transparency builds trust and motivates drivers to fully commit.
4. Support and Training
Work and Pay doesn't just provide a car: we offer comprehensive training on road safety, passenger safety, and the use of the mobile application (via Gozem). In addition, a supervisor supports drivers throughout the project, from the preparatory phase to operational launch, to ensure successful integration and optimal performance.
5. Contribution to the Community
By joining Work and Pay, you are participating in a project that creates direct jobs for drivers and indirect jobs (maintenance, insurance) in Lomé. This program improves access to quality transportation for local residents. It's a win-win initiative for both drivers and customers.
